ExviT™ is based on a proprietary chromatic indicator system that undergoes a carefully controlled and irreversible physicochemical transformation when exposed to elevated temperatures over time. The rate of this transformation is precisely engineered to correlate with cumulative thermal exposure experienced by the healthcare product. As exposure accumulates, the indicator progresses through predefined color states, providing a simple visual indication of product integrity.
Because the response is cumulative and irreversible, the indicator permanently records the thermal history of the product throughout its journey.
Exquinz has developed multiple products designed to cater to different temperature ranges, notably between +4 and +20 degrees Celsius.
